Chrysolite is a premium jewelry e-commerce store designed for selling rings, earrings, chains, pendants, gifts, and curated collections.

Business objective

The business objective was to turn the brand’s jewelry catalog into a complete online sales channel.

The client needed a platform that could help customers explore products confidently, compare materials and sizes, place orders online, receive order updates, and return for future purchases.

For the business team, the store also had to simplify daily operations: product management, stock synchronization, CRM/ERP workflows, order control, and customer communication.

Our approach

We approached the project from both sides: premium brand perception and practical e-commerce mechanics.

First, we structured the catalog around real buying behavior: categories, materials, sizes, prices, discounts, product options, related products, and checkout steps.

Then we designed a calm, refined interface with large imagery, editorial-style layouts, elegant typography, and enough visual space to make the jewelry feel valuable without making the shopping process confusing.

We also added an editorial blog / journal as a content layer for SEO, brand storytelling, product education, collection launches, and internal linking to key categories and products.

On the technical side, we connected the customer-facing experience with the operational layer: admin panel customization, payments, delivery calculation, CRM / ERP / stock integration, notifications, and mobile adaptation.

On the admin side, we focused on giving the client full control over the store: products, categories, collections, blog content, orders, promo campaigns, and customer data.
